| The Fundamentals |
The process of placement at the placement cell begins with getting a format filled by all students admitted which covers most aspects of their academic, demographic and personal components.
Based on this information Individual and group counseling for :
• Help in selection of management stream,
• Creating resumes,
• Guidance to approaching industry,
• Career oriented projects and handling quality time for grooming and preparing to become industry ready is taken up by Placement Head with in house support from various subject experts. |

| In House Student Co-ordination |
| A team of student coordinators supports in coordination of all student related activities. Thus creating communication channels, supporting campus placement activity, making arrangements for seminars, in house development programs, catering, and transportation and about all activities related to placement cell.
One exclusive role of students is to implement a 360-degree placement plan. This is exclusive to our institute where dorsal, horizontal and ventral network of students will be functioning for Coordination and gathering opportunities. This is particularly important for a 100% placement plan. |

| Enterpreneurship Development |
| Students are extended help to explore large database of industry for acquiring specific projects, which they perform as live on job training.
The Institute encourages entrepreneurship in the students through following :
• Display relevant cuttings and excerpts.
• Counseling,.
• Providing information about new opportunities and developments.
• Interaction with industry personnel and similar activities. |

| Conducting Seminars & Workshops |
| The institute believes that sharing of views by experts in a field can enhance knowledge and thought in a learner, hence good weight age is given to interaction sessions with industry personnel by conducting seminars and workshops on current trends and subject matters. |

| Actual Placement Process |
| Round the year the placement cell is in close communication with the corporate. This helps in locating opportunities for live projects, summer projects and opportunities of placement for our students.
We also inform the corporate about our college, infrastructure our students and their grooming and invite the corporate to visit us for campus recruitment. In the same tone we facilitate them by holding pool drives whereby we invite colleges offering similar syllabi to assemble for a selection process conducted by the recruiter. |

2. Written Test or Online test
3. Technical or Subject Expert Interview
4. HR Interview |

| Placement & Selection Modes |
| In addition to providing opportunities by inviting recruiters in our own campus, the placement cell coordinates with other institutes to provide opportunities to our students if a recruiter is selecting at a different venue. Sometimes the selection process is held at the recruiters' office if they expect this. Individual opportunities as collected by placement cell are also offered to students who conform to a specific skill set or requirement. |

| Campus Ready Infrastructure |
| The college boasts of amongst the best infrastructure support for about 400 to seat at one go for online test or about 1500 for a single shot written test.
Control Rooms for Recruiters, separate interview rooms for all panels, GD rooms, independent Internet connected PC with Laser Printer at corporate disposal and an inviting seminar hall are some of the other salient features suitable for pool drives. |
