Policy For Admission
College has a well furnished, spacious library consisting of more than 5000 books and more books will be added regularly. Many periodic jurnals, international journals and monthly magazines are also being subscribed for the benefit of students.

College provides compulsory Book Bank facilities.

Govt. of M.P. has laid down the following rules for admission to the Engineering Colleges for the session 2007-2008
1. 65% of the total seats shall be reserved for the domicile of M.P. State Only.
2. Out of Remaining 20% seats are to be filled by the candidate in open category.
3. Admission to both the categories will be made through counseling.
4. 15 % of the sanctioned strength is for Management / N.R.I. Seats.
5. College will follow a common fee structure.
Vacation
As far as possible there will be a semester break of 10 to 15 days after the end of odd semester examinations. Summer Vacation of 20-30 days at the end of even semester examination will be given depending upon University notification.
Ragging
Any student found guilty of ragging in or outside the campus will be liable to severe disciplinary action. The act of ragging is punishable offense under Govt. Law. Under this Law the student is liable to be dismissed from the college without any notice and the case may be reported to the police, if necessary.
Attendance
1. Student are required to attend at least 75% of lectures of each subject and practical separately. However condonation pg 15%     absence can be considered as per the ordinance of the university.
2. Leave, other than vacation will not be encouraged. Parents and guardians are requested not their wards to take leave from the     college.
3. Admission rules and procedures are subjectecd to alteration / modification at any time without notice to the candidates and with     the approval of the Govt. of M.P.
4. Student absenting without valid grousnds from the classes without application / permission shall be fined on per day basis. The     amount of fine will be fixed by the principal.
5. Students, remaining absent from the classes for longer duration is liable to be removed from the college.
